First National Product Update - 23-06-2008

First National are re-pricing their product range and amending criteria from Tuesday 24th June.

 
The new product range (NPM2608 and FNM2608) replaces the existing ranges NPM2208 and FNM2208.
 
Criteria changes include applicants to provide proof of receiving child or working family tax credits for 3 years and a restriction in the submission routes for BtL products - this means that temporarily MML cannot package First National Buy to Let cases.
 
Deadlines for NPM2208, FNM2208 and BTL2308
All cases must have an online IDOL decision by 23rd June.
Fully packaged cases must be submitted to First National by Friday 4th July.  Cases must have all the information required by the packager checklist.
Offers must be issued by the 25th July.
 
Deadlines for 1408
Submission for these products closed on 13th June.  Cases must be offered by Monday 14th July or be subject to the new 2608 rates and criteria.
