I Group are experiencing delays in processing new mortgage business.

 

I Group are currently processing cases received on Thursday 12th June, due to a rush of submissions after they imposed deadlines when withdrawing their products.

 
This situation may become worse as they have more deadlines coming up, however I Group assure us that they are working overtime to clear back logs. We will post all cases recorded/next day delivery to ensure that no further delays are incurred.

 
Cases are being marked as received on the day they arrive, however I Group are currently not manually looking at the cases for 2 weeks.  This means that deadlines shouldn’t be missed for products, however there is no guarantee that this situation will continue.
