Leeds BS have reduced the maximum LTV to 70% on their Buy to Let products with immediate effect.
Leeds BS will not be accepting any further application where there maximum LTV is over 70% after 3pm today, Friday 11th July.
Buy to Let cases that require an LTV above 70% must be registered with Leeds BS today. Send us your case details by 2pm Friday 11th July in order for us to register your cases.
Cases registered today must be fully packaged and submitted to Leeds BS by Friday 18th July. Any cases submitted that are not registered today will be returned.
