The HBOS Group are to terminate The Mortgage Business Brand in plans to streamline some parts of their mortgage business.
TMB will stop receiving any new business from 8pm on Friday 22nd August 2008. There are no changes to pipeline business timescales, however if offers expire they will not be renewed.
Full applications must be submitted online to TMB by 8pm Friday 22nd August for processing.
TMB have currently not set any deadlines for cases to be packaged or offered, however we would advise brokers to send any outstanding information on their TMB cases as soon as possible.
HBOS say they are committed to mainstream and specialist mortgage lending. They are to make BM Solutions their leading mortgage brand and will offer similar products existing TMB products such as House 2 House and Self Build.
