Mortgage Express Stop Lending - 29-09-2008

Mortgage Express have announced they are no longer lending on new business.
The move to stop lending comes after the parent company, Bradford & Bingley, announced it is to be nationalised.
Mortgage Express are to cease lending with immediate effect.
Deadlines
DIPs can still be processed until Tuesday 30th September - please send all cases that require DIPs by the end of business today 29th September to ensure your DIPs can be inputted.
All cases must offer by 31st October 2008. If cases haven’t offered by this date they will not proceed.
We are looking to replace any cases currently placed with Mortgage Express that may not meet these deadline. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding you Mortgage Express cases.
