Purchase Price / Valuation up to £50,000 - £200.00
Purchase Price / Valuation up to £100,000 - £240.00
Purchase Price / Valuation up to £150,000 - £290.00
Purchase Price / Valuation up to £200,000 - £340.00
Purchase Price / Valuation up to £250,000 - £400.00
Purchase Price / Valuation up to £300,000 - £450.00
Purchase Price / Valuation up to £350,000 - £500.00
Purchase Price / Valuation up to £400,000 - £540.00
£400,001 and Over - £Negotiable

The fee will be refunded when a case cancels and where a valuation has not been instructed,
except in exceptional circumstances. If instructed the fee will be retained.
